An engineer by training, and having been in business development for close to 15 years, he started the Pedal My Way blog and this podcast as a fun distraction, and as a pursuit of his favorite pass-time activities of cycling and working out. Rob has over 10 years of experience as a digital marketer and a background in journalism. His expertise and experiences as a journalist drove his research into physical fitness and health, where he found and joined Mukund of Pedal My Way. 

His fitness and health experience primarily involves soccer, badminton, and long-distance running. Rob is endlessly fascinated with new techniques to improve our minds and bodies.

In each episonde, Mukund and Rob have casual conversations about various topics coming from their specific experience in physical fitness, and life in general. With guest interviews from businessmen and innovators, they hope this podcast is a conduit to new dimensions of fitness that encourages listeners to learn and understand how to lead a healthy and happy life!
