Mukund is an engineer-turned-entrepreneur based in New Jersey with over 15 years of experience in business development. He has spent his career bridging the gap between technical complexity and human connection — helping organizations grow while staying grounded in what actually matters to people.
Outside of work, Mukund is an avid cyclist and fitness enthusiast who believes that taking care of your body and your mind are two sides of the same coin. That conviction led him to co-host Mental Wealth Podcast — a space where honest conversations about mental health can reach people who need them most, without judgment or pretense.

Rob.
Rob has over 10 years of experience as a digital marketer and a background in journalism. His expertise as a journalist drove his research into physical fitness and health, where he found and joined Mukund at Pedal My Way.
His fitness experience primarily involves soccer, badminton, and long-distance running. Rob is endlessly fascinated with new techniques to improve our minds and bodies — and brings that curiosity to every conversation on the show.
